The ‘West Pump Station 80’ (Listing #2614) is a ±80-acre tract located in the southeastern part of Columbia County south of the Atlanta community.  The property can be accessed via woods road off Columbia CR-16.  With the exception of a streamside management zone (SMZ) that covers approximately six acres, all merchantable timber was harvested from this tract and it is ready to be site-prepared and reforested.  This tract is one of seven (7) that are being offered through a SEALED-BID sale for which bids are due October 15, 2026.  Timber inventories are available upon request.  No minerals rights convey.
