Much like selling land, we work on a commission basis to get you the most we can for your timber. Working on a commission we are incentivized to get you the most we can for your timber. As a forestry consultant we see it a conflict of interest to be your forest manager and the buyer of your timber.
As your forest manager, we oversee the entire timber sale process from putting the sale together, soliciting and negotiating offers, overseeing execution of the contract, monitoring harvest along with timber security measures, and when necessary, reconciling settlements.
