Josh Barkhimer
Founder/Owner
After earning his bachelor’s in forestry from University of Arkansas at Monticello in May 2000, Josh Barkhimer began his career as a forester with a consulting firm. He became a State Registered Appraiser in 2002 and later earned his Certified General Appraiser designation in 2009. Committed to providing clients with a broad range of expertise and service, Josh also became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2009 and obtained his real estate broker’s license three years later. His diverse background in forestry, land appraisal, and real estate allows him to provide knowledgeable guidance and personalized solutions for landowners and clients alike.
Heather Barkhimer
Marketing Director
Heather serves as the Marketing Director for Pathway Forest Management, where she oversees marketing, branding, and client communication efforts. She earned her associate’s degree in business from SAU Tech in May 2000 and later received her bachelor’s in business with an emphasis in marketing from Southern Arkansas University in May 2002. Heather brings years of business and marketing experience along with dedication to creating strong client relationships and helping represent the company’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and responsible land stewardship.
