The ‘South Atlanta 240’ (Listing #2615) is a ±240-acre tract located in the southeastern part of Columbia County south of the Atlanta community.  The property can be accessed via Columbia-28, a gravel county road that runs along the south boundary.  A good interior road provides additional access through the property.  On the north end of the tract there are approximately eight (8) acres of wetland and 13 acres of pine plantation that was planted circa 2000 and has not been thinned.  The residual acreage, approximately 218 GIS acres, is a mature stand of native pine that is above average in quantity and quality.  This tract is one of seven (7) that are being offered through a SEALED-BID sale for which bids are due October 15, 2026.  Timber inventories are available upon request.  No minerals rights convey.
