The Black Trust - SEALED-BID Sale consist of seven (7) tracts located in the southeastern part of Columbia County, Arkansas, just south of the Atlanta community.  The tracts consists primarily of mature natural pine stands and older pine plantations that offer immediate income potential!  There are also some areas with mature hardwood and a juvenile pine plantation that adds to the diversity of the offering.  Bids are due October 15, 2026 at 10:00a.m.
